Yoga Classes
In-person chair yoga classes are offered on Mondays at 9:00 a.m at my office at 5000 S MacArthur Lane in Sioux Falls. A class is also offered on Thursdays at 11:30 at Prairie Hills Covenant Church. The church is located at 6000 E 33rd St. in Sioux Falls.
