Hi, I’m Anna Perry.

My mission is to facilitate health and healing. I have significantly improved my health through gentle yoga and meditation. These practices have helped me live a full and active life. I am inspired to come alongside others who want to improve their physical and mental health.

As a licensed clinical social worker, registered yoga instructor and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) trained teacher. I offer weekly chair yoga classes, meditation practices and one-on-one counseling. My services are offered in-person and online.
