A class is also offered on Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. at Prairie Hills Covenant Church. The church is located at 6000 E 33rd St. in Sioux Falls. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for support, making it more accessible to people of different ages and abilities. It focuses on mindful movement, stretching, and breath awareness to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation without the need to get down on the floor. Beginners are welcome!
